Sunshine Personality – Ollett Kuwanda

Our #SunshinePersonality, Ollett Kuwanda is the Finance Executive for Operations at Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zimbabwe and was awarded the Young Achievers Award (2nd runner up) for the ICAZ 2021 Excellence Awards.

She completed her articles of clerkship with Grant Thornton Zimbabwe and rose through the firm from an Audit Clerk to a Manager in the advisory department. She was promoted to Manager – Advisory Services, a position that supported the successful resuscitation of some of the top companies and household brands in Zimbabwe such as ZIMASCO, Barco Chemicals, Agrifoods, Blue Ribbon Foods, Cairns Foods, and Lobels Bread.

Ollett also worked for Masimba Holdings Limited and Cailo Marketing Services (a subsidiary of Takura Capital Partners). She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner (Associate) & a Registered Estate Administrator with over 10 years’ experience. She is also a member of the Women Chartered Accountants Network and is also a Board Member of the National Blood Services Zimbabwe.

Ollett was recently listed as one of the winners at the ‘40 under 40 business leaders in Zimbabwe’ awards organized by the Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe.
