Breaking News: Dr Magombeyi Reportedly Found

The abducted Dr Magombeyi is reported to have been found but in a state.

His colleagues who reported to have spoken to him seem to indicate that he did not know where he was and needed help to go to Harare.

Dewa Mavhinga, a Human rights Activist wrote on his Twitter that: “#BreakingNews: a Dr friend of @DMagombeyi says he earlier spoke to Peter Magombeyi in IsiNdebele who is alive, disoriented, & unsure where he is, trying to find transport to Harare. No further details & now phone is off”.

A few minutes later Mavhunga provides update that “UPDATE: Dr Peter Magombeyi said to be in Nyabira, some 33km NW of Harare. More details to follow“.

It’s been a number of days since the doctor went missing and the health fraternity has been frantic about demonstrations and this afternoon marched to parliament to the express their displeasure over his disappearance and the refusal to address their concerns which relate to wages.
