As the nation mourns the death of dancehall icon Soul Jah Love, his former lovers are also taking time to reminisce on good old days with the controversial Superstar.
In a heart-felt Facebook post, one Geraldine Baye expressed how she dated Soul Jah Love privately and how happy they were.In the post were pictures of her and Soul Jah Love looking cozy in a house.
It is alleged that Soul Jah Love did not want to go public with the relationship, something that did not go down well with Geraldine.
“You did not want anyone to know about us at first it made me feel some typer way till you showed me the bigger picture,You wer only trying to protect us and it worked”, she said.
Geraldine was spotted at Jah Love’s funeral yesterday in Masasa Park where mourners are gathered.
Soul Jah Love died on the evening of February 16 upon arrival at Mbuya Dorcas Hospital. He was declared a Provincial hero and burial is set for today at 11am.
