Tragedy Strikes Bindura: Police Seek Assistance in Suspected Murder Investigation.

In a disturbing incident, the police in Bindura are appealing to the public for information that could lead to the arrest of a suspected murderer. The lifeless body of Nathan Mafaro, a resident of the mining town, was discovered by a neighbor at the back of his kitchen at Retreat farm.

According to Sergeant Major Samuel Chikasha, the acting Mashonaland Central police spokesperson, the incident occurred on July 24. Mafaro’s neighbor had noticed the deceased’s body with blood stains on his face and immediately alerted other residents, who then filed a police report.

The police have since taken the body to Bindura Provincial Hospital for a postmortem examination, as they work to uncover the circumstances surrounding the suspected murder.

The authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and assist in their investigation, in the hopes of bringing the perpetrator to justice.
